This is an infographic based upon the recent Moz study on SEO ranking factors. I wrote about this earlier in a piece describing why Google Plus and Facebook may rank very high on this study yet may not be as important as other factors. It’s kind of comical to me how everyone uses the disclaimer that “correlation doesn’t equal causation,” because this study doesn’t really show correlation. This is probably a good thing – if people understood exactly what factors correlated with search engine results then it would be easier to game Google.
What you can takeaway from this are some aspects of your site to optimize and make you site more search friendly. Links still matter a whole heck of a lot.
