Why LinkedIn made a huge mistake by discontinuing LinkedIn Answers

I was beyond dismayed to receive an email this morning from LinkedIn, indicating that they are retiring their (in my opinion) best feature: LinkedIn Answers.

LinkedIn Answers is (was) a Quora-type question and answer forum, where business people could ask for advice in a variety of topical categories. How to Add a User to Google Analytics

Adding a user to Google Analytics can have several benefits – namely the ability to have others help you interpret your data. The process of adding a user to Google Analytics can be a little tricky due to Google’s not-so-user-friendly admin interface. Here’s a breakdown of steps and a video to help:

  1. Sign into Google Analytics (http://analytics.google.com)
  2. Click on “Admin” (upper right)
  3. Click on the “users” tab
  4. Click on the “+New User” button
  5. Enter the new user’s email address (the address entered must be associated with a Google Account)
  6. Select a role level (Administrator will be necessary if you want the person to create custom reports and/or goals for you)
  7. Click “Create User”

The next time that user logs into Google Analytics, your site’s data will be available for them to access.
